Warranty & pricing
Pick how long we look after it
Every machine leaves with 90 days of cover. Longer cover is priced as a share of the machine, so a $250 mini PC and a $900 workstation both pay a fair amount. You choose the tier when you reserve, and it is confirmed on your receipt.
Cover is for hardware faults and normal wear. Accidental damage, liquid damage and software problems caused after collection are quoted separately before any work starts.
