IT asset disposition
Retire old equipment without leaking the data on it
Offices collect dead laptops for years because nobody wants to be the one who threw out a drive. We collect the pile, destroy the data properly, recycle what is left and hand you the paperwork for your records.
Step 1
Book a pickup
Tell us what is going and roughly how much. We confirm a window and bring the bins.
Step 2
Data destroyed
Drives are overwritten to NIST 800-88 or shredded on the bench, phones wiped and accounted for.
Step 3
Certificate & report
A certificate of destruction per load, plus a recycling report with weights for your records.
What we take
- Laptops, desktops and servers
- Phones, tablets and hotspots
- Printers, scanners and toner
- Routers, switches and access points
- Hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks, tapes
- Cables, docks, monitors and TVs
Your data, handled properly
- Drives that still work are securely overwritten; damaged drives are physically shredded. Both are logged per load.
- Every load ends with a certificate of destruction carrying a certificate number you can file with your insurer or auditor.
- Batteries, toner and anything leaking are separated and sent to the right hazardous-waste stream.
Recycling report
Quarterly and yearly reports show how many devices, how many kilograms and how many certificates per site — useful for ESG and procurement renewals.
